Founded in 1996 as a public shareholding company under license No. (321) issued by the Companies Control Department, AJIG has continued to provide reliable insurance solutions for individuals and businesses, supporting stability and strengthening long-term trust.

In 2012, strategic partnerships with leading Jordanian and Arab business figures, alongside Jordan Commercial Bank, marked a pivotal milestone that strengthened the company’s financial position, increased its authorized capital to JOD 10.5 million, and expanded the scope of its insurance solutions.
